Domiciliary Care

Our Home care services are designed to help you stay living independently in the comfort of your own home while assisted by our Carers to achieve your assessed needs in an environment you are familiar with. Some of the services that we provide include the following highlighted tasks!

Personal Care
We will be support you with your personal care needs such as washing, dressing, hygiene & toileting needs and other needs according to your care plan.
General Housekeeping
We can support with Housekeeping tasks focusing on maintaining the sterility, sanitation, and environmental safety of our Clients homes and running errands.
Companionship
To reduce or prevent loneliness in an elderly person. We provide support for those who are isolated and lonely, but still healthy and happy to remain in their own home.
Live-in Care
We have professionally trained Care Worker ready to moves into home full time to live with you and support you with your care needs including cooking, cleaning & medication.
Short / Long Term Care
We have compassionate Care Workers ready for short calls of 30-minute / 1-hour visits to deliver intimate care whether it’s simply by prompting, use of pads or management of a catheter.
Supported Living Services
Our Supported Living Care services are designed to help you stay living independently in the comfort of your own home while assisted by our Support Workers to achieve your assessed needs in an environment you are familiar with.
Our services are totally flexible and individually tailored to suit the needs of your assessed care needs.

We provide person-centered specialist support for individuals with long-term health condition that requires extra assistance of care enabling them to live a fulfilling high quality of life.
Respite Care
Caring for a loved one can often be exhausting, leaving you with very little time for anything else in life. We are here should you want to take a well deserved short brake.

Dealing with a terminal condition can be daunting and painful for all involved. We understand this and are committed to delivering a compassionate care.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I contact you outside office hours and in an emergency?
Absolutely, outside of office hours our office team operates an emergency on call service for use by existing service users and care workers only.
What happens if my regular care worker is sick/has an emergency or is on holiday.

Can we change our duty times or what services we have?
Of course, our service user’s needs change all the time. We work closely with service users and their families to provide the care that is right for you. This could mean changing duty times, increasing or decreasing the amount of care required and changing the service given all together.
What are the rates?
We charge a flat rate per hour of service depending on which service you need. We will clarify with you before your care starts how much your services will cost to ensure that there is no confusion.
