CARE ASSISTANT/ SUPPORT WORKER
We are looking for enthusiastic and talented individuals who are passionate about providing care in the community. We have a number of full-time and part time home care positions available in Cornwall Post Codes PL22, PL23, PL24, PL25, PL26, PL27 PL30, PL31, TR4 and TR5

CARE ASSISTANT/ SUPPORT WORKER
We are searching for enthusiastic and talented individuals who are passionate about providing care in the community. We have a number of full-time and part time home care positions available in Nottingham Areas of Postcode S80, S81, DN22, DN10 and DN11 of Bassettlaw District.
You will be joining a friendly and hard-working home care team. You will be supported in your day to day role and also with your long-term career goals.
About You:
- Hard-working and genuinely committed and passionate about providing quality care in the home which includes personal care, preparing meals, administering medicine, shopping and light household tasks.
- Hard working and committed to learning and development
- Car Driver and access to own transport (desirable).

We have a rigorous recruitment procedure which we follow to ensure that the staff we employ are fit for the job. We do this by ensuring that before any staff starts work, they are fully compliant to work with us. Download our Handbook HERE
- Potential staff provides us at least two (2) traceable references
- Provide valid identification
- Provide CVs or Application forms will all gaps explained
- Carry out enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check
- Provide proof of registration with The Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC Code) in the case of Nurses.
- Provide full Immunisation History.
- Undergo comprehensive induction and training.
- We carry out staff supervision meetings.
- We carry out regular refresher Staff training
- Continuous checks to ensure that all staff remain compliant.
- Staff are supervised and appraised on a regular basis.
- Regular unannounced spot checks are done for domiciliary care workers.
- Internal audits.
- Audits of the client records kept at clients homes.
- Medication audits of mar sheets, storage and stocks.
